This Shipping Policy explains how orders placed on Afimotion.com are processed, fulfilled, and shipped. Afimotion.com specializes in authentic Columbia footwear including hiking boots, trail running shoes, and outdoor footwear. All products are authentic Columbia shoes sourced from authorized distributors. Shipping timelines shown below include both handling/fulfillment time and carrier transit time.

2) Order Processing & Cut-Off

  • Cut-off time: Orders placed before 5:00 PM EST on a business day begin processing the same day.
  • Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST, on weekends, or on public holidays begin processing the next business day.
  • Business days: Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.

3) Shipping Destinations

Afimotion.com ships to the United States and select international destinations (availability may vary by product). Exact options and costs are displayed at checkout.

4) Shipping Methods & Carriers

We use reputable third-party carriers. Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Tracking is provided once your order ships.

Available Shipping Options

At checkout, you can choose from the following delivery service options:

Note: Delivery times are calculated from when the carrier receives your package (after handling time). Standard Delivery is selected by default at checkout.

5) International Shipping

  • International handling times follow the same ranges listed above.
  • Estimated international transit: 7–21 business days, depending on destination and customs clearance.
  • International shipping fees are calculated at checkout.
  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.

6) Split Shipments

Orders containing multiple product types may ship in separate packages due to different production locations or handling timelines. Unless otherwise stated at checkout, split shipments do not add additional shipping charges.

7) Tracking

Once your order ships, we send a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after dispatch.

8) Shipping Delays

Delivery delays may occur due to high order volumes, severe weather, carrier service disruptions, or customs inspections (for international orders). Afimotion.com is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or circumstances outside our control.

9) Incorrect Address & Failed Delivery

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
  • Packages returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may require a reshipment fee.
  • Afimotion.com is not responsible for loss caused by address errors provided by the customer.

10) Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, please contact [email protected] within 7 days of delivery (or the expected delivery date). Include your order number and photos (if applicable) so we can assist promptly.
